My first Real Estate Blog 2008
Hello everyone! This is my first BLOG of many in 2008. I am going to call on many of you to give me ideas on what it is people truly want to know about the Real Estate Industry in general and will also post many BLOGs that make people understand many things about this industry that I believe will be helpful, so that when you are ready to get involved in the Real Estate process you will be prepared to hire an Agent, pick the right company to work with, make sure that you are working with someone in the Mortgage Industry that has a good reputation and so much more.
I have had the opportunity to work at Remax Prestige in Chelmsford, MA for the past 15 months and with that move I have grown my business substantially. I truly care about my clients and people in general. I have rolled out many technologies and continue to educate myself on the things that will most help my clients and I keep what is already a very difficult process as easy and painless as possible.
The market is in quite the transition these days as many of you know. I will not say that it is a bad market as many in the media are reporting. Just that everything takes more time and PATIENCE than has been needed in a long, long time. It also will require everyone, both Sellers and Buyers alike, to try and see things as they are currently and not focus on how things were even as recently as two years ago.
I am prepared to share with all of you successes, failures, provide pertinent information on the ever changing Real Estate and Mortgage Industries, so that when the time comes for you, your friends, family or colleagues to start the "Process" of Selling or Buying Real Estate that you will be some what prepared for the entire process.
The decision to Sell or Buy can be a very rewarding one. It is important for you to work with a Realtor and those that he or she work with professionally that you trust and like working with. Believe me, now more than ever, that is very important.

Very Nice, Bryan! And, let me add my recommendation for you! We worked with Bryan for the past year, and were very picky first time home buyers. Very informative and I do thank you very much for letting me use you roof rake. I have an idea for a topic. Chimneys and how often they need to cleaned and the dangers of not cleaning them.
I enjoyed my maiden voyage on your blog, Bryan. As a suggestion to your home buyers, a topic covering the value of mortgage pre-approvals may be useful. Being a 'cash buyer' gives your customers additional buying power and leverage over the next guy who may not be taken as seriously for not having secured their pre-approval.
